With a growing team of around 100 employees, Ocono APD Schlauchtechnik operates on a three-shift basis, thereby setting the standard for stable processes, continuous availability and the fulfilment of individual customer requirements. The combination of close teamwork, technical expertise and reliable production organisation ensures that quality and efficiency go hand in hand in our day-to-day operations.

Another key advantage is high availability. The 10,000 m² central warehouse, with 11,000 pallet spaces, enables the rapid provision of standard products and supports short delivery times. In this way, we combine production capacity with delivery capability, creating the conditions for a partnership characterised by reliability and speed.
A clear demonstration of our innovative strength is the Smartflex brand, which features patented SMT technology for kink-free garden hoses. At the same time, Ocono APD Schlauchtechnik possesses extensive expertise in a wide range of raw materials and manufactures its own high-quality compounds. As a result, the development process does not begin with the end product, but rather with an understanding of materials, formulation and technical design.
